And what do I call myself now?

I’m sorry for the craftable hiatus, but I had to go on holiday to New York and get married to the man I love.

Yes, really. And no, we didn’t tell anyone.

You can catch a glimpse of the rings on Wednesday’s photos, if you want to see them, and note that I did get married in black, thank you, like the little goth I really am.

It was such a wonderful, brilliant trip, and we’re enormously happy.

(Don’t worry – I’ll blog about the fabric soon.)

Congratulations on your wedding! I’m super happy for you. Did you design and make what you wore on that day? Looking forward to more pictures.

Jo! Huge squeals of delight for you & Isaac!!! It looks like you had the most fantastic time. Congratulations!!!

Undoubtedly you have been practicing your new signature for months (I found doing this in an old exercise book helps to make it feel really ridiculously girly and silly!), but do practice new initials too – I remember being utterly stumped in Marks & Spencers when asked to initial for cashback…and oh no! realising that my new initials looked strangely rude(or was that just me and my gutter mind!), whatever, I ended up laughing like a loon unable to explain why.

Hi, don’t know how to e-mail you back but I usually go to Peter Jones for the stuffing. Although I have found a place that sells organic wool stuffing and plan to try that next.

Wow, that’s great, congratulations!!! Very romantic indeed! (How I wished, at the time I wanted to get married, I’d done it this way. But I’m still quite happy with the way we did it!)
